HIS Love...

His Love is the kind that knocks you off your feet
Makes you feel whole
Makes you complete
His love is real, genuine and true
It is not vain, superficial or new
His love is deeper than an any ocean
As wide as wide can be
Its the kind of love that takes over
Yes, it takes over me
His love is not fake, vulnerable or conditional
Nor is it faulty, flaky or superstitional
It is real love, true love
My love, your love
His love is an example of what we should be
No matter who we are
No matter what we know
It is unchanging, deliberate and it shows
Its all that you could ever want
Its all that you could ever need
If you didn't understand it much
Then please come talk to me
Its the kind love stronger than the love of a parent
More precious than lovers love
Not just your sister or brothers love
No this love comes from above
And It never leaves you
It never fades
It never tells you it loves you
Then walks away
Its a love that is so kind, powerful and true
Its a love that is uncomparable to any other
And without further adieu
His love deserves all the praise thats true
Love and Savior Jesus Christ He is
And His love He gives to you...
His love is the BEST and the ONLY real love one could ever have
Yes its all for me and its all for you!!!

(Wrote this poem in 5 minutes as I was feeling a little inspired just now-Gotta Praise Him in the good and the bad! Thank you for your love!!!)

Soul

People lie and people use
In the pride of life
Goodness they devalue
They run away from real issues hiding behind
A feigned mask of vanity, lies and excuses
All just to make a name for themselves
Concealing who they are while forsaking those who care
Selfishness they present as their heart grows cold
Never once acknowledging the treasure that they hold
Viewing others as tangible prospects
As if they’re disposable, unworthy subjects
Looking down upon others and uplifting themselves
Forgetting where they come from and who is really there
Blaming others and situations for them not getting it right
Deciding to give up too soon without a fight
In the midst they ignore and push away
What they don’t understand (or haven’t tried to anyway)
But those in this life who still have a heart
Reaching out to love in a world that is dark
Taking chances to defy the odds
Staying true to what’s real, in honor to God
Will in the end reap the best of what is sown
Those selfsame hearts glitter more than
The most immeasurable piece of diamond or gold
Yes, the ones who share real love are bold
For truth in goodness they will always behold
The best in life that can never be traded, bartered or sold
Yes, they’ve got real heart...
Yes, they’ve got real SOUL!!!
